Yes. One-on-one coaching is available by appointment and is designed to provide personalized guidance based on your financial goals. Coaching focuses on education, strategy, and accountability, not financial advising or investment management.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products and the time reserved for services:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are issued for digital products, downloadable content, memberships, or completed coaching sessions.
- Once access is granted or a session is conducted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Can I reschedule a coaching session?
Yes. We understand life happens.
- Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the session being forfeited.
- No-shows are considered a completed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
What happens if you need to reschedule?
If It’s Jess Business needs to reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new session date at no additional cost.
