1. Consultations (reschedulable, non-refundable)
All consultation purchases are non-refundable. However, consultations may be rescheduled.

No refunds: Once a consultation is purchased, no refunds will be issued, including for no-shows or cancellations, except where required by law.

Rescheduling: To request a reschedule, email [email protected] with your order/booking details. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Journals (30-day return window)
We accept return requests for journals within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the journal must be in unused, original condition (and in original packaging if applicable).
3. How to request a refund or return

4. Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the client. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Damaged or defective items
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
7. Digital products and subscriptions
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law:

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/access is provided.

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
